Structural Erection Planning
We assemble a full erection sequence before the first piece leaves the lay-down. That sequence decides the footing order, the temporary bracing windows and the anchor bolt zone map. Every member is assigned to a sequence number, a crew, and a lift window so the frame rises in one continuous rhythm instead of a stuttering set of improvisations.
The planning moves at the pace of the real site rather than the pace of a dream. When a footing runs late or a delivery slips, the sequence is edited before the crew meets it, so the crew never learns about a problem by standing idle beside an empty column socket. Erection planning is the quiet discipline that keeps the visible work moving.
